CNIC's Achievements Debut at CCBN2026, Empowering New Quality Productivity in Ultra HD Industry with Computing Power Network

Date: Apr 29, 2026

Recently, the 32nd China International Radio and Television Information Network Exhibition (CCBN2026) opened at the Shougang International Exhibition Center in Beijing. The Center, together with Mango TV, presented the Ultra HD Audio and Video Computing Power Network Platform at the exhibition, a research achievement of the joint project on the integration of culture, science and technology by the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Hunan Province. It fully demonstrated the innovative practice of promoting efficient coordination between ultra HD content production and national computing power resources under the strategy of "Eastern Data and Western Computing".

Based on core computing power network technologies including efficient networking of cross-domain heterogeneous computing power, secure and high-speed transmission of media data, and scheduling of distributed media computing tasks, the platform achieves efficient networking and flexible scheduling of multi-party distributed heterogeneous computing power. It precisely meets the stringent requirements of the entire ultra HD video production process for diversified computing power support and high-quality network transmission, and establishes a new radio and television computing network infrastructure featuring cross-domain collaboration, credibility, reliability, high efficiency and intensiveness.Via the computing power network scheduling interface, the Mango Cloud Production and Broadcasting Platform can flexibly offload local media processing tasks with high computing power demands to third-party computing centers with strong computing capacity and optimized costs, thus significantly reducing production costs and improving production efficiency. This successful exploration has laid a solid foundation for implementing the national "Eastern Data and Western Computing" strategy and accelerating the development of new quality productivity in the radio and television industry.
