1）Establish a safe, stable and efficient network propaganda platform of CAS, provide key technical support and services for the institution's all-media information propaganda, and enhance the ability of all-media information propaganda; 

2）Establish a science communication position in cyberspace, build new media science popularization brands such as China Science Popularization Expo, Science Popularization China Rongchuang, Gezhi Discourse, Science Academy, Science Junior, etc., and lead the development of national science popularization informatization; 

3）Establish an informatization ecosystem for scientific research talent training, build the brand of Chinese Academy of Sciences Continuing Education Network, enhance the development and sharing capacity of scientific research training resources of the whole academy, and help the construction of talent highland.  

4）Carry out research on the application of new media technology in science communication, information publicity and continuing education, carry out research on communication computational science based on data and computational technology, and carry out research on and application of digital acting, film and television production, and AR/VR interactive display technology.
