Focusing on the digital transformation of scientific research institutes, drawing on the concept of “digital twin”, and with scientific research project management as the main line, the company will build an intelligent scientific research management service platform that dynamically and flexibly supports the reorganization of the national heavy system and is suitable for the new type of governance system of scientific research institutes; it will also build a big data center covering the whole process of scientific research activities, and provide intelligent analytical models of scientific research management based on application scenarios; and improve its intelligent decision-making service capability. Construct a management big data center covering the information of the whole process of scientific research activities, provide intelligent analysis models of scientific research based on application scenarios, and enhance the capability of intelligent decision-making services; 

Form a “software-defined management” system that supports rebuildable and configurable on-demand services for business scenarios, supports the dynamic and rapid adjustment of the governance model, and improves the intelligent service capability of new-generation ARP; form a management software for scientific research institutes with independent IP, and build a test bed for the application adaptation of the Xintron protocol stack that can be executed automatically; and face the decision-making problems of complex and changeable application scenarios, and build a platform that supports the development of intelligent analysis models for research management. For complex and changeable application scenarios and decision-making problems, it builds a scenario-based analysis model that supports semantic reconstruction and reveals the intrinsic connection between virtual data and real management.
